Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, and you are responsible for the security of the device you use to access it.
10. Personal data
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice and our Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
11. Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this website, please tell us through our contact form before disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable period to fix it. Please do not access, modify or delete data belonging to others, degrade the service, or use social engineering while testing. We will not pursue action against researchers who follow this request in good faith.
