Cookie Policy
This policy explains what this website stores on your device, why, and how you can control it. It sits alongside our Privacy Notice.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. They can remember your preferences, keep you signed in, or track your activity across sites.
2. The rules we follow
Under the EU ePrivacy Directive, as implemented in French law by Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), and the CNIL's guidelines, we may store information on your device without consent only where it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for. Anything else (analytics, advertising, personalisation) requires your prior, freely given, specific and informed consent, obtained before the technology loads. Consent must be as easy to refuse as to give, and as easy to withdraw.
3. What this website currently uses
This site sets no cookies, and uses no advertising, analytics or tracking technologies. The only thing it may store in your browser is the following:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Expires | Consent needed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
acv-motion-paused |
Local storage (first party) | Remembers that you paused the moving animations, so they stay paused on your next visits | Until you clear your browser storage | No: strictly necessary to deliver a preference you expressed |
This entry holds no identifier and cannot be used to recognise you across websites. It is only stored if you use the pause control. The spam check on our forms runs on our own server and stores nothing on your device.
4. Third-party services that load on this site
No third-party service loads on this site. Our fonts and scripts are served from our own server, and there are no embedded videos, maps, social media widgets or chat tools.
5. If we add analytics or other tools
If we introduce analytics, chat, advertising or visitor-identification tools, we will: list them here with their purpose, provider and duration; obtain your consent through a banner before they load; and give you a way to change your choice at any time. Non-essential technologies will not run unless you accept them, and refusing will be as easy as accepting.
Note that services which identify the company a visitor comes from, by looking up their IP address, are not exempt from these rules. They require a lawful basis, an entry in our Privacy Notice, and in most EU interpretations, consent.
6. How to control storage
- In your browser: all major browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data. Look under Settings → Privacy. Blocking storage may affect how some sites work; this one will continue to function.
- On this site: clearing site data for our domain removes the preference described above.
- Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: we do not track you, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off. If we add analytics, we will honour them.
7. Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever the technologies used on the site change. The version and date at the top show when it was last revised.
